Our Programmes
Waridi Asante Organisation works closely with local youths and young community leaders to influence positive thinking, provide opportunities to young people, teach digital skills and educate the youth when it comes to life and leadership skills. We do this through camps, skills development, mentorship and trainings. Steering for greatness Kenyan camp is an annual camp that Waridi Asante organisation is in partnership with currently.
Program Focus
Our programmes focus on developing innovative strategies for youth education, leadership, young people community involvement and participation. We also assist the young people to take up scholarship opportunities (locally and internationally) in seeking sustainable solutions to educational challenges affecting them and ultimately reducing poverty and working towards attainment of the Millennium Development Goals.
Program Theme and Objective
Waridi Asante Organisation holds annual camps. The objective is to remind youths that regardless of life’s curve balls that they have faced, they can bloom again.
Even though we are unable to fully close the gap, we are keen to set participants on the path where they feel future-proofed. That is, we hope they can step up in the mindsets, behaviors and skills to tackle whatever challenges now and in the future.
